They are so many questions and debates about Pizza Sauce... My favourite is still the simple Neapolitan style pizza sauce made of DOP (Denominazione di Origine Protetta) San Marzano Tomatoes.

What you will need?
400g REGA San Marzano Tomatoes Can
SEA SALT - to taste.
Use only DOP San Marzano tomatoes if possible. Remember not to put too much of the sauce on the pizza base. For me, less is more when it comes to Neapolitan style pizza.
Here’s how to do it:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Use your hands to squeeze, to get the correct consistency.
DONE, some pulp and chunks are totally fine!
Easy to make and so delicious!
