Day 2 - Shaping, Baking & Refinement

Using the dough we created together:

  • Dough assessment & adjustments
  • Balling, shaping & stretching techniques
  • Baking techniques adapted to your oven/setup
  • Troubleshooting common issues
  • Workflow optimisation & consistency
  • Final refinements and next steps
